Data Deletion

com.metaflare.boltrescue)In short: Bolt Rescue has no accounts and no server of ours, so we hold
no profile about you to delete. Everything the Game saves lives only on your device, and uninstalling the Game
or clearing its app data deletes it and resets the analytics identifier. Advertising data is controlled through Google's settings.
1. Do we hold an account or data for you?
No. Bolt Rescue does not ask you to create an account or give us your name, email or phone number, and it does not send your progress to us. Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports go to Google Firebase, linked only to a random app-instance identifier, not to you.
2. What data exists, and how to delete it yourself
- Game data (levels, stars, coins, rescued toys, workshop upgrades, daily streak, settings
and which purchases you own) — stored only on your device.
Delete it: clear the app's storage (Android: Settings → Apps → Bolt Rescue → Storage → Clear data) or simply uninstall the Game. This is permanent: coins and progress cannot be recovered. - Gameplay statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase) — linked to a random app-instance identifier.
Reset it: clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the Game creates a new identifier, so new data can no longer be linked to the old. Older data expires under the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. If you want it removed sooner, email us and we will help. - Advertising data (collected by Google AdMob, such as your advertising ID) — handled by Google.
Reset or delete it: Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID (wording varies by device). You can also change your ad consent choices in the Game under Profile → Privacy Options (shown where consent applies), and manage your Google data at myaccount.google.com. - Purchase records (Google Play / Apple) — kept by the store under its own policy, in your store account's order history.
