Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary: we don't ask you to create an account or give us your name or email. The game shows ads, offers optional in-app purchases, and uses analytics & crash tools. Those services may collect device and advertising identifiers to function. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.

Metaflare Interactive LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game Loco Dash (the "Game"). This policy explains what data is collected when you use the Game and how it is handled. By playing, you agree to this policy. This policy is specific to Loco Dash; other Metaflare titles have their own policies.

1. Information collected

You provide directly

  • Display name — an optional nickname you can type for the leaderboard. It is stored on your device and shown with your score.

Collected automatically by third-party services

  • Advertising (Google AdMob and its mediation partners): device advertising ID, IP address, coarse location (from IP), and ad-interaction data, used to serve and cap ads and measure performance.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): app events (e.g. game start/over, screen views), device model, OS version, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier.
  • Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): crash stack traces, device state and OS at the time of a crash.
  • Leaderboard (Google Play Games Services): your Play Games player ID, gamer alias and scores, if you open the global leaderboard.
  • Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store): the purchase status of items you buy. Payment is handled by the store — we never see your card or full payment details.

Gameplay progress (coins, high score, unlocked trains, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us.

2. How information is used

  • To run and improve the Game and fix crashes.
  • To show ads (including personalised ads where permitted) and support the free game.
  • To deliver in-app purchases and restore them.
  • To show leaderboard rankings if you use that feature.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by the service providers above, each under its own privacy policy:

4. Your choices

  • Ads personalisation / advertising ID: reset or delete it, or opt out of ad personalisation, in Android (Settings → Privacy → Ads) or iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
  • EEA/UK/Switzerland: we request consent for personalised ads via Google's consent message; you can change your choice in the Game.
  • Remove Ads: an in-app purchase removes banner/interstitial/app-open ads.
  • Local data: clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes locally stored progress.

5. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it. Where the Game is distributed to a mixed/family audience, ads are configured to comply with the applicable Play/Apple family policies.

6. Data retention & security

Third-party services retain data per their own policies. We keep aggregated analytics/crash data only as long as needed to operate and improve the Game, and apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. International transfers

Service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
